fRETfEST® presents exciting new talent every year during the Tamworth Country Music Festival. Here's our exciting artist program for 2026!
Each act is chosen by video audition submitted and successful applicants are scheduled to perform live, in Tamworth NSW.

These talented troubadours travel from Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Western Australia and New Zealand to entertain the crowd and scored big with our daily TIP JAR proving to be a popular option!
Our venue is air conditioned and wheelchair accessible with Bar, Bistro and free parking, plus there’s bus to the door.
Buskers wishing to take part in The Great Big BUSKOFF can register on Sat 24th January between 12pm and 2pm for a 15min spot and the buskoff will begin at 5pm. ENTRY IS FREE and prizes include a Fender Guitar!
